The Eye is the Lamp Of The Body

The Eye is the Lamp Of The Body

The eye brings light to the body.  It shines to keep.our path clear.  Did you know that our digestive organs relies on the eye to tell us the proper time to stop eating?  Well,  technically speaking our eating time should be between the hours of 6a to 6p. The reason being, the Liver stops metabolizing the food eaten after 6p once the eyes signals it that it is dark.  Amazing, right?  Everything eaten after this timeframe becomes fat as it is not metabolized.  It is interesting how the body works without us thinking about its function.  Take care of the eyes as it is the best light for the body.  Annual eye exam anyone?  Don't miss it.  ~ Pansy Walker
