HE IS MY REFUGE AND MY FORTRESS

The sword of the spirit is anointed by the power of God. Prayer enables us to bear the weight of the armor. We can weild the sword and shield skillfully when we pray without ceasing. Because we cannot fight our own battle in our own power it necessitates that we use the power of prayer to be victorious.

Types of prayers are

Thanksgiving:
A powerful weapon for defeating Satan. Thanksgiving lift up the wonderful works of God.

Praise:
Changes the atmosphere of prayer from petition to power.
Intercession: Is a privilege that can bring victory for others as well as our own lives.

Supplication:
Is to make our request or petition known to God.

Faith:
We should always exercise faith when we pray.

We have chosen some of the Great Prayers of the Bible for you to read, as we feel it will help to develop your faith in God believing that he will answer your prayers. The purpose of our Prayer Ministry is to encourage our members and all guests to stay connected by reading the word daily as well as praying as often as you can.
